Oh how kind, Ron was an Arthur St kid, we were close in age, he was the kindest, and most courageous person I know, and bore his long illness with stoicism. In short ,he was our Hero. Thank you Norman for putting this on, it gives me great comfort to know that the dear friends I have amassed on this site are so caring. Our humble beginnings in Wartime Hebburn shaped us into the people we became. RIP Ron x
