Would it be possible that a Schools WiFi be provided to every house free of charge. Any use outside schoolwork being chargeable.
The provision of laptops etc.could possible after all the Scottish government has supposedly 20,000 in storage.
People could donate their old laptops to be reused if it’s software was suitable.
It could come that that is going to be way it’s got to be if pandemics continue God forbid.
