Linda in NZ. You hit the nail on the head Now I can understand if you came over from NZ after a few years for a hol that you/your family would kiss/cuddle and hug your loved ones. I used to do that with my family after months away from home at Newcastle airport. But, for grown men, especially with a pandemic, to take such action for kicking a ball into a net, for which they are paid very handsomely, is celebrations gone ridiculous. What happened to ‘jumping up and down with you hands in the air’ like we did as kids with your mates saying well done. As for BLM, should be banned, how many supporters pay to have that shoved in their face before a match whether they agree with BLM movement or not. I should add I happily lived in a black/white/mixed community for years and none of us had racist issues.
