The "dark art" of reversing is a mystery to many trailer and caravan users!!
It is a hoot to watch although many now have those remote contril gizmos which do the job efficiently.

PS I once stayed in a Caravan with my parents in about 1955 in Warkworth. I vowed "never again" and I have kept that vow even though I know that vans nowadays are much more sophiticated!
I rent houses at my proposed destination and check in at hotels on my inward and out =ward road journeys where approriate.
When I look at costs such as site fees, which can be fairly fierce in some places, fuel costs for towing, toll charges, amortisation of the van cost price etc I find that it balances out.
