Although it been illegal for 50 years to pay male and female workers different rates for the same job the BBC have done this continuously for years, if they get fined they don't care , it comes out of the license fees monies. So if some people accept the different scales they get away with it.
The BBC is an exclusive boys club and always has been, all it does now is tick boxes to appear inclusive.
