I watched a Danish Film on Prime yesterday called April 9th....it was about the German invasion.
It did bring out how locals who lived in border areas were affected.....in fact they had been part of Germany until 1920 and there was a minority who saw themselves as German and I suspect some who were torn between Germany and Denmark
