My sign up with an alternative address (gmail) was successful and I received a report.
But my original sign up with my regular BT address is still said to be valid but no report was received to that address.
I see that Mac H's supplier, like mine, is BT.....is that the common factor? There have been many cases in the past where different email systems have gone through periods of difficulty with one another....could this be the case!
