That’s an excellent point. It seems that you’ve very likely hit the nail on the head, naming BT as the possible reason for daily reports not coming in for some regulars.
If other regulars using BT, could let us know if they’re also having problems… and if regulars not using BT are not having problems, then that would be the proof we’re looking for.
I'm with Virgin, and not having any problems receiving daily reports.
