I remember aroubd 15 or so years ago watching a programme with Bobby Moncur and Norman Hunter asking if football had lost its physicality, they both said nowadays they would have both probably
got red cards whilst they were in the tunnel, and football is a lot less physical since that interview. I loved those Newcastle v Leeds matches in the 1970s, as my dad would have said blood and snots everywhere.
