I am getting a weekly letter from TV licensing at Darlington to tell me me they cannot process my application for a free tv licence because they need proof of my age. This will be the fifth time I have sent a copy of my driving licence and the relevant paperwork and I am beginning to get annoyed. It is not my fault if they cannot read but this is now beyond a joke. Has anyone else had this problem with Darlington?
