I don't agree with any of the points about the vaccine killing more people than the virus,nor vaccine not being effective, and think people should take it when offered it.
The fact seems clear that they said we needed lock downs,curbs otherwise there would have been x number of deaths,well the total is very high still.
Boris is now saying we need to live with it, as it will not be eradicated.
That should have been the way from the start, including shutting foreign travel into the country straight away.
A main issue that stoked the last surge was return to colleges,universities, schools in out.
Hospitality, particularly, restaurants, pubs, worked hard and are not spreaders as other areas.
Why shut non essential shops when they have undertaken same precautions.
People have or should have choice to live their lives, albeit I take the point if your dead you can't, and I have seen and experienced the effects the same as others.
The costs to society, in lost cancer treatment grounds,mental health etc ,are all equally important.
It is difficult times and there is no prepared script to deal with it.
It seems that patience and compassion are needed by all.
