I’m told that it was a Beech tree not Ash.
It appears that the tree was cleared by the Mountgarret Estate who’s Tree it was. They would have all the equipment required to do it.
Will wait and see how much is taken away.
I wonder how much it all weighed. ? Many tons I think.
