I've been banking online with Lloyds for years now, without any problems. It takes a bit of getting used to but saves all the trekking around.Not sure how those with a small business pay in their cash? Maybe Mac can advise on that.
Having said that, we are fortunate in that there is still a Lloyds open in the nearest town to us (Ystradgynlais) in the Swansea Valley.
