I get to bed and then sleep for 6 to 7 hours and then more or less wide awake.
This means that I am awake by 5 or 6 am. I can either get up and read or lie and think. After an hour or so I can drop off to sleep again for an hour or more.
I have always been able to just lie down and kip almost anywhere for 10 or 15 mins just the time is now longer so the years pass. They call it Power Napping now.
Now I try to just get up and read and maybe have a quick kip on the sofa. However now that the mornings are getting lighter, maybe I should just get my kit on and have a walk.
The problem with that is I will disturb Ann and when outside, wake up the various dogs around both ours and next door etc.
Going out on the bike may be better ?
So I will have to try various alternatives to see which is best.
