A 1963 Jarrow view, but I need some help

A few years ago I was invited into Rhom & Haas to see if I'd like to copy their Lennig's photo collection. This 1963 aerial view shows a few Pubs nearbye. Can you tell me the names please.
The one bottom left is the Golden Lion which was at the bottom of Walter St where it met Chaytor St-Ellison Place.
The black building is the Steel Works which ran along Western Rd.
