On western road going towards jarrow The Rolling Mill, then The Western, straight opposite Lennigs’ office was a bar known as Jonny Ingles Bar it is still there and as you come down from Ellison Street on the left there was a pub known as the Red Wine Shop, proper names unknown I will try and find out the proper names
