Alternatively, I don't know how long you have had your current ISP, but these days ISP's are obligated to build parental controls into the Broadband packages they sell you. Are there any controls or settings you can make to your account page with your ISP. Don't know if this will help, but it's where I would check, particularly if the issue exists with multiple devices and on multiple browsers. My only other suggestion would be to check the settings on your anti-virus or internet security package.
