Re: very gifted sisters (Brian)
I met big Jim Sullivan when I was working in Nottingham. He had a little band of his own. We became friends and he told me of all the health problems he had which included diabetes type 1, heart problems, a very serious weight problem as well as eye problems. When he came to the Customs House at South Shields he stayed at the Little Haven Hotel l will never forget the words he said as we stood on the groin Pier." This view will always last in my mind". He was a session man who played on more than 1000 records and no doubt the best guitarist in The Business. One thing I liked about him was he never was big headed and was a perfect Gentleman.R.I.P Jim
