Re: covid vaccination appts
Don’t get me wrong when I first lived in London, (Bayswater) I loved it, you could wander down the Bayswater Road on Sundays looking at the paintings, walk through Hyde Park, shop in Queensway, Oxford Street was wonderful, I worked just off Regent Street so could walk to work, that kind of thing.
Unfortunately over the years things just got worse and worse, moving to Chiswick was a dream, it was lovely being able to go down to Strand on the Green, take a bus to Richmond but again nothing stays the same, maybe it was me getting older, I wouldn’t have missed the experience, it taught a a lot, I think the early years, for me, London was something totally different from anywhere else.
