I remember my father, Stan Forster, who was the Swans photographer at the time, got an urgent request from the captain, who requested a photo of Ayatollah Khomeini to show his alledgence when the Shar was deposed.
The only one he could find was a grainy postage stamp one in a copy of the Sun newspaper.
My father had to take a photo of the postage stamp size and print the new larger version to fit in a frame to be displayed in the captain's cabin.
Ironic really, as the new regime were opposed to the west and I think the photo in the Sun was printed on page three, next to a top less model.
