Re: Well Done Norman
This was my other message via Messenger on thier groups admin list ,I messaged all them here is my message:This is hopefully a message to try to justify some respect and courtesy for a very good friend, that friend is Norman Dunn, author, historian, photographer, archiver, and media presenter, but most of all a friend. Your group is worthy and understandably popular, but unfortunately becoming somewhat an annoyance to lots of historians. This annoyance is your members in particular one Mr. Kevin Gray. He is continuously posting all of Norman Dunnís photos from Normanís books, then getting the credit for these images. Norman has a collection of books that are costly to publish and indeed to distribute. I have my group and have the courtesy to use Normanís images as long as I give the credit to Norman and his website details of which I gladly do. Your group seems to remove most posts that inform your members about this fact, all my comments seem to have been lost from your group posting. We are all trying to bring back our community spirit with memories and photos from the past, without people like Norman Dunn, Paul Perry, Margaret Maxted, Gordon Stridiron, there would be no groups like ours. I hope you understand and give credit and respect to all these people,Thanks if you can or will respond to my message, take care stay safe.
