Problems with Patient Access - do any of you have a problem

Hi, I have been using Patient Access for a number of years now usually no problem apart from when they changed how to log in about a year ago. Anyway yesterday I wanted to log in to order a repeat prescription - I went through entering my user ID, my Password, then it comes to the section where they ask you for certain letters of your memorable word, my word is 9 letters long, so they ask me for 3rd letter, 8th letter and guess what the non existent 13th letter. I have logged out a few times and tried to gain access later but still asking me for letters over the amount of letters in my memorable word.
I sent an email to the Support Centre yesterday, a reply today not even addressing my issues just a bog standard email telling me how to reset various things, this obviously means that I will have to reset my memorable word - I find it wasting time, has anyone else had this problem?
