I know lots of people are not happy with their doctors at the moment. My experience has been good although I didn’t expect it. I ordered my usual inhaler but was given something different. I used it and instead of helping me, it made me cough for more than 20 minutes. I rang the surgery to explain and to ask if I could try something else. The receptionist explained my original inhaler is still available, but the Doctors have been told by the NHS to prescribe this new one(probably cheaper) The receptionist said she would pass my problem on , and happily my doctor gave me my original inhaler. I had a problem with my ear for weeks, in the end I just asked for advice, but my doctor told me to come in to see her. After her checking my ear, I had an infection. After antibiotics,all is well. I didn’t ask to see a doctor, but she was great, so I can’t complain.
