The government will have civil servants in place but also the application s and links to families need to be simplified, this country is obsessed with forms, and to people who are traumatised its the last thing they need. A one stop centre where everything could be done would be more efficient for everyone instead if travelling hundreds of miles for each part of the process. It would also be a lot more cost effective.
