I think it is Brian. I read one building’s lease is coming to and end, so the comment is will it be worth taking a new lease on it. I didn’t think government buildings would be leasehold, but I assume the land might be owned but the Duke of Westminster. I did read many years ago he owns the land in the most expensive areas of London.
