Some Coynes (like yours) were RC's and some others in Hebburn were C of E. )
Attached below is a poor quality photo of young Catherine Coyne at school about 1900. She could be a relative of yours.
I checked the 1910 Rates List for Hebburn and found the following Coynes.Only the person on the rent book is mentioned even though there could be 10 people at the address.
As I said Edward St was previously Colling St so your relatives were in Colling St one day and Edward St next day when they changed the name. Hebburn people always called it Collins Lane.

Jayne Coyne 6 Collings Lane
Anthony Coyne 26 Collings lane
Michael Coyne 31 Collings Lane
Thomas Coyne 33 Collings Lane
John Coyne 43 Lyons Lane (couple of hundred yards away).
