Brian, I'm afraid providing bins outside these Fast Food outlets wouldn't make a lot of difference. Speaking from a Hebburn standpoint, in the Shopping Centre itself there are Litter Bins spaced around 10/12 metres apart & the litter is strewn all around them & not in them, in a lot of cases they use the top of the Litter Bin as a table for their takeaways & leave the remnants on the top of the bin. 🤷‍♂️It's an unfortunate sign of the times sadly.
