I'm afraid it's more prevalent than you suggest. Not so long back CCTV was installed in Hebburn Cemetery after some graves had been desecrated. Two weeks ago the Telephone Box in the Shopping Centre was smashed up & last week the Bus Shelter on Station road outside the Glen Primary Care building received similar treatment.
