Hi Norman . how well I remember that scene of Argyle Street between the years 1927 to 1939/ 1940 It was then that I was evacuate, my life in Hebburn was never the same again. I am almost sure that I posted my memories of the 'Shops of Argyle Street ' some time back, probably way back when either Mike or Vicky where in the chair, have a look Norman if not found I will dig it out and repost .always interested in any pictures of in and around Argyle Street Cheers
