Your are a gentleman Brian, please don’t change for these idiots, but I can imagine you being wary. The first time I saw that behaviour was from a young woman at work. New to the job, I was behind her as she came to the door of the tea room. The gentleman stood back to let us through and she stopped and asked him if he would do that for a man, he yes perhaps he would. She said well don’t do it for me. I just felt so embarrassed as I had never seen behaviour like that before.
