Chris, are you saying that the Imperial system is superior to the Metric one?
To me, a system depending on units of ten is far easier than the ridiculous broken Imperial one, surely.
The rest of the world have embraced it, apart from the US, who have their own 'illogical' Imperial system (eg the US gallon).
In the UK we still drive in mph, fill our tanks in litres and describe the consumption in mpg. Bizarre.
