Well said Mac & Brian.
I totally agree.They give these awards out like confetti so they really mean nothing.
Why for instance has John Torode an Australian Chef got an MBE for being on TV and getting well paid?
My son got a simple thank you type of medal (below) in May for being a First Responder for 12 years. He didnt warrant OBE's or MBE's like a Chef does
