Hi Norman.
Thanks for that pic with the "Bank" sign behind on the beautiful rounded corner of the Lloyds Bank Branch at which I was privileged to work at as part of my early career. I see so many people in the photos who I remember as customers but I fail to put a name to them.
I also remember so many of the business people mentioned on this site who banked with us.
I particularly remember the chain smoking Father McLeary. Quite a character. He regularly turned up just as we were closing with a lorry load of coin from the Bingo and collections. That was really popular (not) but he was a nice guy and often got us to open the doors even after hours.
