It's the same all over. I've waited a year for a cortisone injection in my shoulder in Liverpool and hundreds of pain killers which didn't work. Sorry to say that receptionists have too much to say when I try to see a doctor. When I did see a doctor, I wasn't even examined. Surgeries are going down the pan but most blame it on the Covid. They are milking it in my opinion.
