They are also getting millions of pounds too, sorry but I think it's a smokescreen for something else, I wonder if there some sort of agreement for minerals or the like going on. There is no advantage at all in the agreement also the foreign office advised UK residents not to to visit Rwanda as they couldn't guarantee peoples safety yet will send asylum seekers there. Sorry but it stinks.
