Typical Daily Mail stuff.
The emotive headline and the content are somewhat at odds.
But I fear that what we have here is a lack of joined up action between two branches of the civil service who seem to delight in thwarting common sense and in doing so attempting to discredit government.
Needs sorted but better still we need more home grown doctors.
