Norman, they got away with it for years because, councils, police and social workers were frightened to tell the truth, incase they were called racist. In the end a policewoman was the whistleblower. The were the people operating in Oxford and many other Cities, also I believe Newcastle. It’s the people who have large salaries from the tax payer, but don’t protect children in care. I appreciate this might not be acceptable and may be removed.
