Cooking for instance is more economical using slow cookers, electric pressure cookers and microwaves than your conventional ovens, they are looking to provide all clients with radiator reflectors but I'm arguing that they need to be property appropriate, you need to give a larger pack to a 3 bedroom house than a 1 bedroom flat instead of a standardpack to everyone. Lancashire County Council are going to be using community facilities as 'Warm hubs' where people can stay warm grab a cuppa, WiFi etc will be available. I do hope that other councils both county and metropolitan take this on too,it could make a huge difference. A lot of people are cancelling direct debits and going for monthly bills of what they've used, it's understandable, a lot of utility firms sit with our surpluses and collect the interest so they don't want the customer to cancel them. People are going to have think about what's best for them not the provider.
