As I posted earlier, My husband has a important appointment on Friday 11th November.someone rang from the hospital to arrange this. He attended on Friday. On Monday the letter arrived telling him he had an appointment for the previous Friday. After his attendance last Friday someone rang to say a Dr M……..y would ring him later to arrange a scan, we are still waiting. This is supposed to be an emergency.
