OK, So, what I can't figure out is: where is the cameraman stood. VERY elevated position, with 4/5 people closer, but lower (bottom left of the photo)

I'm not as good as you guys with the detail/geography of "Old Hebburn".
Thought he might be on a crane? But those people on left would be...... hovering??

Pretty sure he's not on Ballast Hill.....
