Absolutely dreadful Brian, I think is was an American idea., but did you read about the family of I think seven children, found dreadfully neglected and they were receiving £ 7,000 per month. I do think some young people have no idea how to look after their children and also the mother has so many rights, often the father is a better carer, but has few rights and often has to leave his children and the home. I don’t pretend I would have the answer, but it’s sad.
