I am sure all of us who can afford to go private would do so if it meant getting a swifter appointment and eventual medical procedure, like Mac says I& we do this it frees up a space for someone else who can’t afford to go privately.

What I really object to is some procedures doled out lie confetti, breast enlargements, gender changes, most cosmetic surgery, to name but a few, if a person wants this kind of surgery that is fine but not at the tax payers expense.

The other issue is foreigners rocking up on our shore and receiving medical care, women who are pregnant and want to travel to the UK should only be allowed into the country if they can provide proof that they have Medical Insurance, no Medical Insurance then no entry.

Dentistry - I haven’t been able to access an NHS dentist in I don’t know how many years but hey if I landed in the UK in a dinghy then immediately I am eligible to receive dental care, all wrong.
