Mac Cummings; I agree with you the current NHS is obsolete except for major procedures. It has been stretched beyond its initial intent of basic medical assistance to try and cover all and sundry expectations . It should be retained in it's current form until a completely new model is designed then scrapped . Probably , there should be none or a very basic coverage for illegals until they can contribute fully to the new plan . There will and always has been room for people who can afford a cadillac medical service , nothing wrong with that , as long as it does not effect the staffing of the new model .
