111 service getting worse.

I had reason to ring 111 over the weekend. All I got was a robot waffling on then telling me they were so busy so go on line with your problem. God help an elderly person in an emergency. What a state this NHS is in. Talking to a paramedic, he told me he pays £22 per month to park his car which is deducted from his wages before he's paid. Totally disgusting.
