Brian is right. I live in a cul-de-sac with 3 blind bends in it near a school. Pulling up speeding mothers is often met with a ton of foul language. No respect for elderly residents s who park across your gates regardless of notices asking not to. I say keep the 20mph near schools and nearby streets
