I hope I am wrong and someone can correct me, but the plans for extra houses off Luke’s lane seem very close to the waterfowl park. The councils attitude seems to be destroying greenery in Hebburn saves them doing it elsewhere in the borough. Part of the attraction to these new houses was nice walks around there houses. This seems to be getting reduced.
