I wanted to be in Harrogate for 9.30:this morning but when I got up there was a heavy frost plus fog.

It took about 10-15 min to clear the car windows probably because the de ice can had been stored in my shed which is not heated. So the propellant gas pressure low.

The temp was -2c so I must check the car tyres pressures as they might be a bit low. They were checked in the last few weeks but temp. was about 6+ c.

Got down into Harrogate temp 2c and visited the Turkish baths, that warmed me up ! Visits are 2 1/4 hours.

Very good just hope the visit cleared my sinuses as they have prevented me from cycling for 2 weeks.

Now too much outside work to catch up with to go cycling.

Regretfully I’ve become a fair weather cyclist now, just to be careful with health. I’ll try if it’s cold but not in mist conditions.

Have the clothing for winter but it’s MTB gear not Road gear so get out the MTB? Which has not been touched since Sept/Oct last year. Better as slower speed reducing windchill.
