The best hot water bottle I ever had was a Fentimans ginger beer stone bottle made 1942 with an alsations head on it. It carries a warning not to use it for anything else but they are a collectors item. I still have mine. Fill it with boiling water,stand it upright in the bed, under the duvet and bobs yer uncle.!
