I was on the school run this afternoon sitting in the car in Lakes school carpark. It was 0c outside so perishing.
A woman came along the school path on her phone pushing a child of about 18mths to 2yrs in a push chair and the child was facing forwards without a hat on.The poor bairn looked perished.
If there had been school Staff around could they have said something? because surely that was neglect?
