Why.? Weather not suitable is main cause, rain, fog, mist or ice and if it’s below 5C the wind chill can bring temp. down to zero.

Have winter gear to cope but not head protection gear.

Have various skull caps and helmets etc. but seem to get a head cold too easy so just not riding.

Even out working in the garden limited to max of 2 hours unless in a sunny area.

I suppose it’s now my age telling me to take it easy.
